Starting your own business can be an exciting and rewarding experience. It can offer numerous advantages such as being your own boss, setting your own schedule and making a living doing something you enjoy. But, becoming a successful entrepreneur requires thorough planning, creativity and hard work. Let us help you get started with writing a business plan, establishing a marketing plan and cash flow.
This workshop will introduce you to a Business Plan….and show you what should go into it…and why you need to even consider writing one. A business plan is an essential roadmap for business success.
Then, using the Business Plan as an outline we’ll review what you need to really run a business. Included will be a discussion of all the elements of a Marketing Plan and show you why managing cash flow is such a critical requirement.
